How a grant actually runs
Six stages, and we work in all of them
Many grant writers stop at submission. The award letter is the midpoint, so we stay through the part that gets audited.

Why us
We have sat on the funder's side of the table
Before she wrote proposals, our founder processed awards. Nicole Jones managed federal recovery funds at the Georgia Governor's Office of Planning and Budget and served as a contract Grant Management Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
So we write applications the way they are reviewed, and we set up awards the way they are monitored.
From the other chair, that meant
- Checking applications for compliance before award
- Negotiating budgets and award terms
- Reviewing financial and performance reports
- Monitoring recipients and approving drawdowns
- Closing awards out

A deadline, a finding, or an empty pipeline?
Tell us which one. The first call is about fit, including whether the grant is worth pursuing at all.
